  ADMN 101 - Interaction between Authorities, airlines, suppliers and FBOs, quality assurance, performance tracking and variances

 

 

 

  CUST 102 - Covers al aspects of airport and Cruise customer services, PART 382, handling customers and irregularities

 

 

 

 

  ENGC 101 - Conversational English designed specifically for airport and tourism operations. Completely interactive between student and  

  professor.

 

  FMTC 101 - Maintenance definitions, goals and objectives; certification requirements, documentation and technical publications

 

 

 

  GOVA 101 - Complete coverage of airport government agencies, purposes and duties, airline interaction and participation

 

 

 

 

  RAMP 102 - Detailed description of airport Ramp and Air Cargo operations, aircraft support services, rules and regs, safety and security

 

 

  SECC 102 - Reviews of TSA directives, past and latest trends, handling of security equipment, aircraft servicing and cleaning
